DEBUT WITH LIVERPOOL PHILHARMONIC
Kristiina will make her debut with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra in a programme that unites vivid Nordic colour with symphonic depth. The concert opens with Ida Moberg’s radiant Sunrise – Orchestral Suite, followed by Jean Sibelius’s Violin Concerto in D minor featuring Inmo Yang, and concludes with Johannes Brahms’s monumental Symphony No. 4.
COMPLETE BEETHOVEN SYMPHONIES VOL. 3
Together with the Flanders Symphony Orchestra Kristiina records Beethoven’s Complete Symphonies. Volume 3 is now available on all streaming platforms, as well as for sale at the orchestra’s website! The third volume presents both the 5th and the 8th symphony.
FAREWELL FROM THE FLANDERS SYMPHONY
Kristiina bid farewell to the Flanders Symphony Orchestra after six successful years as Chief Conductor. The farewell concerts featured two masterpieces — Beethoven’s Fourth and Mahler’s Fourth Symphonies — symbolizing both lightness and transcendence, and reflecting the artistic journey she shared with the orchestra.
